The Tequila and Mezcal week Lucky Draw is organized by the Singapore Mexico Chamber of Commerce Limited (SGMXCHAM) all details to participate in the Lucky Draw can also be find in the SGMXCHAM website https://sgmxcham.org/tequila-mezcal-week.
1.The following requirements must be met to qualify for The Tequila and Mezcal Lucky Draw:
Promotion runs from 01 September 2023 to 09 September 2023.
Only purchase of participating cocktails and drinks sold on the participating restaurants and venues will qualify for the draw.
The Lucky Draw is open to residents of Singapore aged 18 and above.
ONE (1) receipt that contains the purchase of at least one cocktail of the promotion entitles the participant to ONE (1) chance in the Lucky Draw.
Incomplete or ineligible entries will be disqualified.
The SGMXCHAM will conduct the draw to randomly select the winners on the 12 September 2023.
The Draw will be held electronically and winners will be notified via email. Also their names could be mentioned in all the channels of Social Media of the SGMXCHAM (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook).
Contact details must be complete, valid and clearly stated on the form.
To participate the following steps have to be followed to complete the registration:
Step 1: Scan the QR Code
Use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code provided. You can use any QR code scanner app or your device's built-in camera.
Make sure your internet connection is stable to ensure a smooth registration process.
Step 2: Fill Out the Registration Form
Once you've scanned the QR code, you will be directed to the lucky draw registration form.
Provide accurate and complete information in the form, including your name, email address, visited venue, phone, and any other required details.
Double-check your information for accuracy before proceeding.
Step 3: Upload Your Ticket
After filling out the registration form, you will be prompted to upload a clear and legible image of your purchase ticket.
Ensure that all relevant details on the ticket, such as serial numbers or barcodes, are visible in the uploaded image.
Step 4: Confirm and Submit
Review all the information you've entered and the uploaded ticket image.
If everything is correct, submit the form to complete your participation in the lucky draw.
The SGMXCHAM reserves the right to void an entry or disqualify a participant at their sole discretion.
Prizes will be forfeited if there is no response from winner within 14 days of notification.
Prizes have to be collected by winners at the SGMXCHAM office at 298 Tiong Bahru, unless otherwise stated. A valid ID or NRIC has to be presented upon prize collection.
In the event of any dispute, The SGMXCHAM’s decision on this promotion and on any related matter is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
The SGMXCHAM may, at its sole discretion, substitute or replace the prizes with any other prize of equal or similar value, amend any of these terms and conditions and cancel/postpone the draw at any time without prior notice.
Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions and decision of The SGMXCHAM. Any personal information submitted may be used for the purpose of the publicity of the Lucky Draw.

The prize shall be provided “as is” and cannot be exchanged in full or in part for cash or cash equivalent.
The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SGMXCHAM makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prize and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or losses or damages thereto or arising thereto.
The winner may be interviewed by the SGMXCHAM and the media. The winner will consent to public disclosure of his or her name and the results of the Promotion.
2. Liability and Responsibility
a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SGMXCHAM and its agencies disclaim any and all losses, liabilities, costs, damages, expenses and/or proceedings whatsoever as a result of or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential losses or loss of profits, expenses, damages or personal injury resulting from participation in the promotion, redemption and/or usage of the Prize.
b) The SGMXCHAM will not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, breaches of security, Internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, computer glitches whether or not arising during operations or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside of its control relating to the Promotion including amongst other error in notification of the Prize.
3. Rights of the Organiser
a) The SGMXCHAM reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible and late entries.
b) By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the SGMXCHAM collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your name, details and other personal data that you have submitted to us, for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity. This may include publishing such personal data in advertising and publicity materials. You shall not be entitled to claim ownership or ask for other forms of compensation on the advertising or publicity materials. Your information and promotion entries details shall be kept strictly private and confidential.
c) By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (as may be modified from time to time) and decisions of the SGMXCHAM. The SGMXCHAM's decisions in respect of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are final.
4. Acceptance of Terms, General Law and Disclaimer
a) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
