Agustín García-López Loaeza

HONORARY PRESIDENT Mexican Ambassador to Singapore

  • Ambassador García-López Loaeza has represented Mexico as Ambassador to Canada (2016–2017), France (2013–2016), and as Permanent Representative to the OECD (2007–2013).

    He also held finance-related posts in the Mexican government and multilateral organizations, including at the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics.

Luis Coronado

CO-FOUNDER / CHAIRMAN Partner at EY and Global Tax Controversy Leader

  • Luis Coronado is EY’s Global Tax Controversy Leader with nearly 25 years of advisory experience in international tax, transfer pricing, and tax policy. Based in Asia since 2005, he advises multinational companies on bilateral advance pricing agreements and tax resolutions with authorities worldwide.

    Luis is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Bloomberg BNA Transfer Pricing Advisory Board, and has been repeatedly recognized in Euromoney’s Guide to the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors.

    He frequently lectures at international tax forums and universities across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Customs (Honors) from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico, and an MBA from the University of Southern California, US.

Jorge Camez

CO-FOUNDER Senior VP of Worldwide Procurement at Dell Tech

  • Jorge Camez is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Procurement and Global Materials at Dell Technologies, a role he has held since 2019. He joined Dell in 2000 and has held leadership positions in the United States and Singapore, overseeing market commodities and global sourcing strategies.

    Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young and Lexmark. Jorge holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.

Prasoon Mukherjee

HEAD OF ADVISORY BOARD Chairman and Founder of Universal Success Enterprises

  • Prasoon Mukherjee is a first-generation entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist, and Chairman of Universal Success Enterprises Group, headquartered in Singapore with operations across India and Southeast Asia. He founded USEL in 1995, building a diversified portfolio in hospitality, energy, real estate, and infrastructure.

    Mukherjee launched his first Outback Steakhouse franchise in Singapore in 2000, now expanded to 13 restaurants across Southeast Asia. Known for his vision, risk-taking, and commitment to community, he continues to grow his businesses while supporting social and philanthropic initiatives.

Gerald Balendran Singham

HONORARY VICEPRESIDENT Singaporean Ambassador to Mexico

  • Mr. Gerald Singham is the Global Vice-Chair & ASEAN CEO of Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP. He sits on the Boards of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Republic Polytechnic, and the National Heritage Board, and serves as Chairman of the National Crime Prevention Council.

    Mr. Singham holds a Bachelor and Master of Laws from the University of London and is admitted as a Barrister at the Inns of Court in England.

Alessandro Perrotta

CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR Founder and CEO of ResurgeTech Advisors

  • Mr. Alessandro Perrotta is the Founder and CEO of ResurgeTech Advisors, a Singapore-based firm advising boards and private equity on strategy and transformation. He previously served as CEO of Interplex Holdings and FCI Electronics, and held senior leadership roles at REC Solar ASA.

    He is Vice President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), and a member of the UAE-Singapore Business Council and NUH International Business Council. Mr. Perrotta holds an Executive MBA from the University of Miami, an MSEE from Villanova University, a BSEET from Temple University, and is currently pursuing an Executive Program at Harvard Business School.

Francisco Rios

  • Francisco J. Rios is Director for Latin America at SEA Group, where he manages strategic relations with governments and private institutions for Shopee, Garena, and SEA Money. He previously spent 15 years at Enterprise Singapore, driving trade and investment between Asia and Latin America and contributing to free trade agreement negotiations with Mercosur and the Pacific Alliance.

    He serves as Vice President of the Singapore-Mexico bilateral committee at COMCE. He holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil) and a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.

Chandra Mohan Retham

  • Chandra Mohan is a Partner at Rajah & Tann Singapore, specializing in commercial litigation, arbitration, and trust & estates. With over two decades at the firm, he leads the commercial-litigation and arbitration practice group and co-heads the private-client practice group.

    Beyond his legal work, Chandra Mohan serves as Chairman of the Rajah & Tann Foundation, Council Member of the North West Community Development Council, and Chairman of the Club-100 @ NWCDC annual dinner, supporting social and community initiatives.

    He was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2020 and has been awarded the Public Service Medal and Public Service Star for his contributions to public service.

Alejandro Blanco

CO-FOUNDER Founder and CEO Plan B Ventures Pte Ltd

  • Alejandro Blanco is a lawyer-turned entrepreneur who has pioneered authentic Mexican cuisine in Singapore for over a decade. After 13 years as in-house counsel at CEMEX, he founded Plan B Ventures Pte Ltd, growing concepts such as Señor Taco and La Mexicana Tortilla Factory—Singapore’s first licensed tortilla factory and specialty Mexican market—now employing over 100 people and expanding Mexican cuisine across Asia.

    He holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and has completed executive studies at Stanford, Lee Kuan Yew School, The University of Chicago and Harvard.

Laura Garza

  • Laura R. Garza is the Chief People Officer at Dyson, a visionary human resources executive with over 20 years of experience leading global HR operations for world-class manufacturing and services companies. She has held leadership roles at Nissan Motor Corporation and Praxair, Inc., driving organizational development, leadership training, change management, and technology integration to enhance performance and business outcomes.

    Laura holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Centro de Estudios Universitarios Monterrey, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

  • Damian Cuéllar is Founder, President, and CEO of Domun Corvo, a private equity fund with investments across multiple sectors. Through Domun Corvo, he serves as Board Member of Proistmo México and Chairman of ABCD Arquitectura, a national infrastructure development company.

    He is Vice President for the Interoceanic Corridor of the Special Committee for Investment and Business Relocation at the Mexican Business Coordinating Council (CCE), and holds advisory roles with the Wilson Center Instituto México, the American Society, and CONCANACO SERVYTUR.

    Committed to social impact, Damian is also an investor in the Maestro Cares Foundation.

Juan Franco

  • Juan Franco is the Global CEO of Getnet, Santander’s leading payments subsidiary. He previously served as Managing Director for Asia-Pacific at Canadian fintech Nuvei and was the CEO and co-founder of Paymentez, a leading online payments platform in Latin America, which he led for 11 years until its acquisition by Nuvei.

    Earlier in his career, Juan held senior leadership roles in Latin America with companies including VMware and Salesforce. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Rosario, Colombia.

Selman Careaga

DIRECTOR President ASEAN & South Pacific at Coca-Cola Company

  • Selman Careaga is President of the ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit at The Coca‑Cola Company, overseeing diverse markets across Southeast Asia and the South Pacific. A 20-year veteran of Coca‑Cola, he has held leadership roles in marketing, operations, and brand strategy, including as President of the Coca‑Cola Global Category and Vice President of Marketing for Brazil and Mexico.

    Under his leadership, the Coca‑Cola trademark achieved record-high value share and returned to the top 10 of Kantar’s world’s most valuable brands. He holds an engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
